Bundles can last for a year or longer with proper maintenance! The key to making your hair last is taking care of it, and a little extra work goes a long way. Wrapping your hair at night plus regular shampooing and conditioning will extend your bundles' lifespan to keep them looking new.

**Can I swim with hair bundles installed?**  
Yes, you can swim with your bundles installed. But, they'll need extra TLC before and after! Use a leave-in conditioner before you jump in to limit the amount of chlorine or salt your hair absorbs. After, shampoo and condition and apply a light leave-in product for moisture.

**Can I wash my bundles?**

**How many bundles do I need for my install?**  
The amount of bundles you'll need for a full install depends on how long your bundles are and what texture you're using. As a general rule, straighter looks need 3-4 bundles and curlier textures need 3.

**Can I dye my bundles?**  
It depends on the bundles! Virgin bundles that come in the color Natural Black have not been pre-colored, so they are ok to be dyed or lifted. Our pre-dyed bundles that come in colors #1 Jet Black, #2 Chocolate Brown, #4 Caramel Brown, and Vibrant Burgundy shouldn't be processed any further.

**Can I apply hot tools to my bundles?**  
Yes! Our bundles are made of 100% virgin human hair, so they can be styled exactly like your own hair. Blow dry it, iron it, curl it- just be sure to use a heat protectant spray!
